Get everyone on board

One of the best ways to make something happen is to make it simple. You’re more likely to get people on board if you make a task easier, so install those recycling bins in as many locations as possible. Purchase recycled paper for your printers. Add stickers which remind staff to turn out lights on their way out. It really doesn’t need to be complex or expensive.
