Our LaunchAssist service is designed to handle every detail of your new venue's setup with care and precision. From the moment your new venue launch is planned to the final checks before opening day, we ensure everything runs like clockwork.
A dedicated team will be with you throughout, verifying that every product has been ordered correctly, packaged together, and delivered in one convenient drop.
Precision Planning for Seamless Venue Launches
Phase 1.
Planning & Coordination
Provide us with your planned openings for the year, and we'll manage the non-food consumables for each launch.
Stock is quarantined or ordered as needed, with updates provided at every stage to keep you informed.
Phase 2.
Delivery
& Logistics
Two deliveries: Facilities Management items arrive early for fitting by your build team. Then supplies, such as catering essentials, arrive just before opening.
We check site-specific needs, like access, parking, and timing, to ensure a seamless drop-off.
Phase 3.
Quality Check
& Labelling
Orders are double-checked for accuracy in our warehouse.
Items are categorised and labelled by area (e.g., kitchen, bar) for easy placement, allowing for a smooth setup on-site.
Phase 4.
On-Site
Support
Our rep manages delivery day logistics, ensuring items are correctly tagged and checked off as they are unloaded.
We deliver items weatherproofed and remove all packaging waste, such as pallets and shrink wrap, so your venue is left tidy.
Phase 5.
Documentation & Confirmation
We take photos of the delivery for your records or social media and send a confirmation email once everything is complete, ensuring peace of mind.
Phase 6.
Transition to Maintenance
After launch, the new or refurbished venue is added to our online portal for replenishment.
This ensures the ongoing supply of essential maintenance items to stock your venue fully.
